How do I change the language in the module that I have given the screenshot in the attached file?

I couldn't find this line, it's not in the language file. Where could it be?

havas Hi Have you tried the suggestion as name email is there. Also share the URL if u changed it and not working.

I changed the name and email lines. But I couldn't find the description starting with "Sign up" in the language file.
I can't give a link, because it is installed locally.
