When I click to play on the videos in the section "Videos" from mobile they disappear. (Iphone X through both Safari and Chrome Mobile). Everything works in Desktop Mode. How Can I Fix It?

I see the video show normal in phone screen.
No I still can’t see The video on iPhone X. I Tried again With Safari and Chrome Browser. I only can see The background. Please help me! You can see the Thumbnail of the video. But when you click to "Play" everything disappear.
