Issues with installing VirtueMart J4

I am working with a JOOMLA 4.0.5 template and I have installed JA Megastore. I follow the configuration documentation and need to install the VirtueMart components, but get an error message - see the attachment.
I've in doubt, these are the real VirtueMart J3s I've downloaded - but are they the latest ones I can find?
Where can I find a J4 version - or what could be wrong?

Our template is working fine with Joomla 4.
Please check VM version you are using is stable for Joomla 4 or not. As for now i can not see a stable version of VM is released for Joomla 4.

Yes the template worked for Joomla 4 fine.
Virtuemart is not our extension its is 3rd party extension that support by template.

The template support VM fine please check again.
It is VM that not support Joomla 4 this is not template issue its extension that not ready for Joomla 4 at the moment.
VM is 3rd party extension when it ready for Joomla 4 it will be added in the package. this is not something part of template side. If you want to use VM you have to use it on Joomla 3. No matter what template you will use.

You offer a total installation service - and it must be because you expect that a copy of the entire DEMO can be installed. There is something wrong and you have to help me further from here - or I have to demand my purchase of template canceled ?

Well, what will then happen if I buy the Quickstart Installation Service - which you offers. It can not be done, can it?

If you buy quickstart installation with VM it will be installed via Joomla 3 package since it is the extension that not work for Joomla 4.

The template is full compatible with Joomla 4 and its written for same.
I think you getting confused that Virtumart is related with our template. It a 3rd party extension only.
If you choose any other template as well with Joomla 4, no matter from us or anyone you can not use VM on Joomla till VM team release stable version. I see it is already in the development and VM team may release it soon.

I do not get confused at all - I just read what is written and what is shown on the website

Its correct it support VM AND J4.
But the VM is not our extension to get it update Early . If you decided for refund you can open a support ticket on helpdesk. However I suggest you to wait for VM update for Joomla 4. Since it already already in progress by VM team.
The issue is VM not compatible for J4 Not the templates.
Once VM ready you can install it on your Joomla website.

Feel free to post if any issue using the template.
