I can't understand why the items added today to j2store simply don't show in megafilter (with keyword or category filter - they don't show at all anywhere in megafilter) although they exist in j2store catalog, j2store carousel etc
What is wrong?
I can't update the megafilter: I change prices OR titles OR add new items in j2store AND THE megafilter doesn't get updated.
This is a SERIOUS bug because customers will see wrong prices and complain about the discrepancies, we will also probably lose sales due to this.
Is it difficult to respond please?

The only way to cope with this is 1. to every single time re-index the megafilter (really incovenient) and 2. clear the browser cache (but I can't ask the customer to clear HIS/HER browser!!!!!!!!!!)

    Hi deftosxromata

Kindly share the login info of your site: URL + admin account and tell me the filter you're working on + the products that don't show up, I will check for you.

I updated fields for access to back-end.
    Kindly please perform all necessary.

This is product page of J2Store, not relate to JA Megafilter.

When you click to open a product page, it will redirect to product details page on your site and the layout / view of this page will inherit from layout of Joomla template you're using.

      Kindly check again.

Yes but this specific product doesn't show in results of megafilter.
It should because it is published.

deftosxromata I'm not familiar with the native language on your site, could you use the filter on the left side and choose the category this product belongs to? and tell me the category name so I can check.

No response? Come on sirs, this is an issue that makes megafilter "impotent"

        deftosxromata

It must due to your browser's cache, as i mentioned above, I checked at my end and both filter page + detailed product page show the same price of €9,30

Pls try to clear your browser's cache and see what happens.

Excuse Mr saguaros for the tone of the response but your reply is at least RIDICULOUS.
        Let me explain:
The eshop is made for the customers. It doesn't matter if the admin clears or not HIS browser, it is the customer that needs to clear the browser cache.
How on earth I may force or even kindly ask a repeat customer (where his/her browser remembers the old prices) to clear the cache?????????/
        How ?????
Should I have a popup message saying "Our infamous magafilter by JA is needs that you my beloved customer/eshop visitor to clear your cache because we changed some prices since your last visit. Thank you for your patience!"
        This is what you propose??????
        INSANE and RIDICULOS
        LUDICROUS
        Enough said

          deftosxromata

Could you check with other PC and see how it goes? Because when I open your site, I see the same price like what I mentioned above.

          Unacceptable answer
Either you do it on purpose OR you didn't care to understand what I wrote in previous post
