Image is too large to upload

Hi,

My problem is that when I try to create a new article. On the tab 'Images and links' I try to upload an image but I get the following message: Image is too large to upload. The setting of media size is no limit. Can you help me with this? I uploaded the images via ftp but it would be more comfortible to use the Images and links tab.

I use other Joomla sites on the server, they work properly.

Please check max upload size limit of your server, if the size of image is large server does not allow this to upload as it is on Joomla. Please check PHP limits on server and increase them.

Hi pankaj. Limits are O.K. on server. I use multiple other sites on the server and those are O.K. Only this template does not. I use other JA templates (Decor for example) and they are also OK. Only this template does not let meg upload images.

Did you tried to upload image via Content > Media > upload image
as this is not restriction of template and you uploading image on Joomla backend, the template work only for frontend view.
for more info can u edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login or staff so i can have a look.

It is an issue from your hosting side
a similar issue raised on Joomla about this https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/35360
i suggest you to ask the hosting provider to check this issue.

These are the server php.ini setups
upload_max_filesize = 3000M
post_max_size = 0 (no limit)
memory_limit = 4096M

My host provider modified something and things started to work! So problem solved!
