I don't see the option to insert a video button, what if it appears on a site with JA-Focus, what must be wrong?

I just checked this site with JA Teline V template, I tried to switch to Protostar template but it's the same.
Not sure which video button is, is that from a plugin or from JCE Editor? as it doesn't relate to template.
