ja extensions fail

Using JA artsy under Joomla 3
ALL ja extensions give me BLANK page
I have tried using joomla custom module and module:position so I can include your extensions in it for example ja quick contact but then the response for "mail sent success" goes to other page...

I am sorry for the delay. I was out for (2) days...
Under joomla 3 I am using ja extensions on ja artsy template.
For example a ja quick contact on an active position.
When I do that i get a BLANK page.

You can use the English menus and modules to do anything you want. The site is under production.

I logged into your site and check the page: /index.php/en/contact-hid-menu-en but the JA Quick Contact module is showing fine there, could you share the URL of page where I can see the blank page issue?

Sorry for the delay. I am back for good now...

I've been working on ja_artsy under joomla(3) so far https://misuoc02.admin.uoc.gr/CICT.
I've got frustrated and I switched to Joomla(4) with the same template. https://misuoc02.admin.uoc.gr/KYYTPE
I have a problem with the menu item "Services" which I dublicated from the original setup. ( You can try it on the ENGLISH menu). It DOES NOT display the article in the the category chosen.
Can you take a look ?
