Theme colors

Hi!
I'm thinking about using this last template (Human Rights or NGO) but only if I can easily change the template colors. I guess I'll be able to do that but what I want to know is how easy it can be!? Just pick the color and apply or will I have to change the CSS or template code?

This template is based on T4 framework and you can change the color of template from template style options here : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/t4-framework/theme-settings#typography-settings_jadoc

There are different section in layout that use different pallets
