Hello.
My joomla want's to upgrade my t3 framework.
When I do so, my site does'nt work afterwords. What to do?
Best regards Tue.
Now I've manualy updated to 3.0.4 and when i update to 3.0.5 then i crashes. What Is wrong?
Hi Tue
You should update latest version of T3 framework via JA Extensions manager component, not the default Joomla update service.
Or you can backup your site >> download the latest version of T3 plugin here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t3-framework/t3-blank and install directly into your site.
I have tried both. Updating with the joomla update service, and downloadet the latest version, still got error. 3.0.4. is the latest version, were I have no error.
tusa79 You can share the URL + super admin account of your site and FTP account, I will take a look.
Do you know anything that I could check for?
tusa79 It seems that you did not get my last reply, kindly share teh URL + admin account so I can check for you.
saguaros
Yes I did, but not happy to share it in public... Can't I write a pm?
tusa79 You can edit Fields in your first post so only Moderators can see:
saguaros Now updated...
saguaros Do you need more info?
tusa79 I can login your site but I don't see the error now.
Could you backup your site + install latest version of T3 system plugin and clarify steps to replicate this issue?
saguaros Now it's backed up and I ran the installer, and it the is now failing.
saguaros Do you have any news? My site is down, and I can only put an older version on to fix it.
tusa79
The homepage of your site shows content from Minitek Wall Pro - a 3rd party extension.
Could you share the FTP account also? I will debug on this.
saguaros Done!
tusa79 A typo issue in this line of code 131:
$item->itemParams->get('menu_text', 1) ?
in the file: ROOT/plugin/system/t3/includes/menu/t3bootstrap.tpl.php
We updated for you and it's working fine now.
Kindly check.
saguaros So something that was changed in your code in the update?
Then it’s the same from 3.0.5 I think…
Thak you for your help.
tusa79 This fix will be included in the next update of T3 system plugin also.
