like photos I would change the position of modules discussion with modules bulletins.
I want to reverse the position of the two modules but they are not in the modules section of the administration. how can I do ?

saguaros added the JomSocial JomSocial Core tags and removed the Framework & Free Templates & Extensions tags.

open /components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/groups/single.php
Replace it with attached file
You can also create an override for it in template /html/com_community/layout/
folder.

Can you edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login as seems you are using another template.
The suggest based on demo site.
