hi.. finally we were able to re-install it and it worked. sorry for late reply.. It took us time to bring the server over the internet to open access for support.
Now we have another issue.. I am trying to use the template Helple. And the issue is I am unable to add a banner with the proper size. It becomes too small. (see screen shot)
Please advise
