Update or new template

Now I find myself in the difficulty of having to update the template and the extensions ... so I ask is there a template that can transport the sites without too much difficulty or other solutions that allow me not to lose the work of many years? Thanks for your love with JA Travel, however, this is pretty old template and will not updated anymore.

You will need to update it yourself or try with an alternative template here: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/tag/hotel-booking

I'm not able to update it my self so I'll try to change template and I hope to can migrate everything without big difficulty. I hope...
