Question about off Canvas menu

Hopefully you can help me.

For an informative website I use the template JA Stark. I have almost all settings regarding color as I would like them to be. Only the settings in the OFF canvas menu I do not get the way I would like them.

I would like to change the blue color of the title bar as it is by default to red (#990000) and change the text inside it to color (#d4af37). I would also like to change the text as it is now OFF Canvas to the title of the website.

How can I go about these steps or where can I change this. Summarized.

Change Title Bin color. (#990000)
2, Change color text in title bar (#d4af37)
3, Change content text title bar. (OFF canvas to Sinterklaas history)

hopefully somebody can help me. Please make these changes without making any changes to the rest of the settings.
