How much would you charge to configure my site? Since installation, I had someone else install my banner, which I wish to keep. However, I have not once been able to log in and use the site, nor able to register new users. This has gotten beyond frustrating.

I already bought the Pro package. Jomsocial is installed on the site but I cannot get the permissions set properly, I guess. I cannot log in to the front end. Tried creating a new account and that failed, also.
I would pay someone to just get the configuration set for me so the site will function properly with the current banner.

I get an error code for admin account login saying password is invalid. I tried changing the password in the backend and nothing changes.
When trying to create a user account, no confirmation email was received in my email account. I did check the spam filter, nothing.

Okay, this is going into coding, which you advertise as not necessary.
I know it has been over 14 days since my purchase but since I still cannot use the site I would like to request a refund, please.
I will have to go with something else.

Sorry to hear this, I suggest you to reset password as without site login access, i am unable to check the issue on your site.

I suggest you to share working login as the issue you said are normal. For email it will work auto once your server email setting are working as use email from server. I will wait for login info to help you in this.
