menu bug on S5 Forte quickstart

Hi,

When I attempt to use the menu in theme Forte, after I hover for the first time and then move the mouse away from the menu, the menu won't open again and I can't see any of the drop down items.

Issue is with the S5 Forte quickstart package. I run the latest wordpress version and all plug in updated.

Hi kinkseb22,
I have checked and see this theme conflicted with the jQuery of WP 5.8+.
At the moment, To resolve this issue you can add the following code to the
wp-content/themes/s5theme/vertex/cmscorefunctions.php file (under line: 54)

if (!is_admin()) add_action("wp_enqueue_scripts", "my_jquery_enqueue", 11);
function my_jquery_enqueue() {
   wp_deregister_script('jquery');
   wp_register_script('jquery', get_template_directory_uri()."/js/jquery/jquery.min.js", false, null);
   wp_enqueue_script('jquery');
}

We will discuss with the technical team the updated plan for the themes.
