Joomla 4 Quick Start JA Blockk Problem installing https

Joomla 4 Quick Start.

SIte installation not complete. Ultra mega slow to access admin and console and then unable to log. Unable to access admininistrator. Have followed this: https://www.joomlart.com/tutorials/joomla-tutorials/how-to-use-ssl-in-a-joomla-site

Please note I already have other Joomla sites on same server and works nicely https. Only thing showing at a Apache 2 log is:

Setup: PHP 7.4.27, Apache 2 2.4.52, MySQL 8, Ubuntu 20.04.
