For some reason my contact page with all it's prefab forms has disappeared?

I got a warning that the token didn't match while i was saving the file....if that helps?

the social media buttons on the bottom also disappeared when this page stopped working.
It appears a menu table in the database may not exist. possible error in the quickstart perhaps?
I have a screenshot of the error that keeps popping up but it has the actual table information...is that something I should share?

AzimuthDesigns You can update via JA Extensions manager component - it's a free component to update JoomlArt's products.
But the issue is fixed on your site already though.
at the moment i'm still getting a 404 error.

is it possible to get the template back to the "Magazine" layout?
When I try to investigate the category aspect of the "Home" is says there is a check-out failed.
I am unable to edit or alter this error or the aspects that are available. If this was deleted...is it possible to add a layout back in from a template structural point of view?
