Just some research by myself w.r.t. JA Content Slider 2.7.5

After trying to understand your constantly referring to the page where it shows "Templates" and "Plugins" for the memberships, I just need to make the following clear. Looking through the resources available under my current membership which I chose at that stage, I was presented with the templates and plugins (which were up to date when I bought the membership). The word complimentary is used nowhere and your website gives the impression that the plugins will be kept up to date and if for some reason not with a current template (which is also not mentioned anywhere), it should at least be available under another template from where it could then be downloaded. Selling plugins which is not compatible with any template makes no sense, unless you are using the poor clients with a membership for plugins only, as guinea pig testing before using it on your own templates. Poor clients with plugin memberships only.
6) Conclusion:
All you arguments above failed under my scrutiny. Please stop accusing me of not wanting to understand, because by the facts provided it is clear that you are being unreasonable and willfully do not want to understand. You sell templates with plugins and then refuses to provide me with the software covered by my subscription.
Your website's housekeeping is not up to standard and instead of making an apology for that and also making amendments in this regard, you try to bully me into buying an additional membership, though my requests is covered by my current subscription.
Your housekeeping w.r.t. customer service also needs serious attention. At this stage, we as customers are not sure if it is you as an agent, that are acting out of your boundaries or if it is Joomlart and your CEO's way of doing business in a dishonest way.
I am waiting for you CEO to bring himself in the clear and take disciplinary action against yourself and the other nameless agents which I corresponded with over the last few (rather many) days.
Trying to treat me as a second rate web developer, makes your company a "less than sterling" template and plugin provider, by the facts provided above. Please do not do it, as it will clear your company's name, to the level I saw it before this very distasteful ordeal with your customer support over the last few (or rather many) days
I am not sure if my images will be visible in the forum. If not, please guide me in this regard, that is now if it is not too much asked by me.
