Social Icons Aren't Populating the Module

Social Icons in module position footnav-5 are not populating thee boxes as they should. What can cause this?

These social icons are FontAwesome icon, as I can see that you're using FontAwesome 5, but in module, it uses icons from FA 4 version.

So you can open the module 'Get in Touch' and change the class for social icon, for example:

fa fa-facebook

to:

fab fa-facebook-f

I just changed the facebook icon on your site for sample.
