As soon as a user logs in (not an admin) I get the following error message. What could that be?

I tried to switch default template to 'Cassiopeia' template but the same issue appears, it seems relate to the Privacy Consent system plugin of Joomla:
If you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site, pls disable it temporarily and you can put the same question into Joomla forum for further help in this case.

The culprit was the privacy plugin which had deposited a "defective" post.
