I am now trying to get the "social media" icons that are on the "Model pages" onto other pages.

They aren't showing up yet .

They show up here....but on the bottom of the page instead of the top.

So I'm trying to add them into the regular blog pages with the "Extra Fields" activated.
Should I be using some kind of shortcode to add these items in?

I've added the proper links and items to all the "Film" items for the blog layout ...but they dont show up...for example.

Ideally I could make a Blog page look like this.

    Hi
The extra fields supported layout is only for the Model type articles.
I see 404 on the link of page u shared here.

About the blog page it would not be same as blog page are normal articles in demo.
You have to use Model list layout and model type article if you want the same view.
Here is documentation help you to create Model articles : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-aiga#Models

i can make those categories and menu items available again.

is there any way on the Model layout to have the social media at the top?

or can i drop in some kind of shortcode into the blog layout article body for the IMDB/Facebook/Twitter etc social media icons to be visible?

There is no short code for extra fields.
About menu items you can create menu as in the documentation there is no other step.

If you information added on the article only then it show.

Ninja I see 404 on the link of page u shared here.

Share details what u mean social media at top, it is on top by default. If you adding the content in body it came down on centered layout.

Ninja If you adding the content in body it came down on centered layout.

It seems you missed my last message. This is normal as it show above the Full article image. The same is on demo
If you want to modify it open file "‎/html/com_content/article/model-centered.php" in template "ja_aiga".
Find <!-- CUSTOM SHOW INFO MODEL --> line 191-217

You can move the code below article details . Take backup of file before apply changes and this change will apply for all article where model centered layout is used.
