Error when installing T3 framework on Joomla 4

I need to install T3 Framework for a template in Joomla 4.0.6. I downloaded "t3-blank-for-joomla-4.zip" but when I try to upload it in [System/Extensions] I get the following error:
"JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla."

Hi
You are installing a quickstart over pre installed Joomla site.
A quickstart is stand alone installation package and already has Joomla.
If you want to install T3 you can choose template and plugin
