I have a problem with registration, it was working then all of the sudden now it doesn't... I haven't made any changes since the last time it was known working... When you try to register like a new user complete the name, username ,email, password and after click next just stays loading... nothing else happens...

Can you change the template to default Joomla protostar and check the page again?
Update template to latest version as well as it could be conflict. i have not see you have a template membership on profile to update blog box template and support on the same.
Changed to Prostar and same issue...

If it is same with Protostar allow me to disable 3rd party extension as issue present only on your site.

open your plugin > select type >community
now disable 3rd party jomsocial plugin and try the registration. I disabled all and it worked normal 
It could be Newsletter plugin.
