Menu Items Auto-Collapsing on Mobile Screens

Hello,

I'm trying to see if there's a way to stop menus from collapsing in mobile mode. This happens to my off-canvas menu (a two-arrow icon appears that you have to click to expand the menu) as well as the social media icons menu in the page footer.

Hi this is normla
As menu in mobile can not be show like in PC view due to very low screen width.
You can check these setting in the template style options for T4 blank > Navigation settings > off canvas.

I would much rather the menu not auto-collapse. I can fix the text scaling and such with custom CSS. How can I turn this off?

You can turn off off canvas menu from same settings if you have looked.
Template style options > Navigation > Off canvas > You can hide it by turn off option.

Re-opening this thread to get some further clarification. The framework is collapsing things I don't want collapsed into a nav.navbar.navbar-expand-md, whether off-canvas is turned off or not. I'm using a custom component to display my off-canvas menu, and as such it shows up like this when not expanded in mobile:

and then like this when you expand it:

Which obviously makes no sense. How can I stop he T4-blank template from collapsing that module?

If you don't want to use the built-in off-canvas in template, you can disable it in template >> Navigation settings

saguaros Cache is cleared, even tried on separate devices. I've updated the form at the top to include credentials.

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with /administrator but seem not correct.

As I can see that you're using Mobile menu ck, not our off-canvas menu. You should contact its provider for help 🙂

saguaros ...No, that's not the problem. The menu is being collapsed by the T4 framework, not by Mobile Menu CK. Mobile Menu CK is working exactly as it should, but is being thwarted by this weird auto-collapse feature of the template.
