It seems that you're trying to update T4 Blank template via default Joomla update, we recommend to update our template via JA Extension manager, you can install this component and update template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-framework
Installed that JA extension manager.... but, looks like dont want to do anything...

megvadulthangya Hi You forget to follow the steps : https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps to add login in JAEM and check for updates via Joomlart server. I see you already installed the latest version of template. In future kindly follow above steps to update template via Joomla admin using JAEM.
Download the file from joomlart and install it directly.
