I noticed that I have two completely different types of Articles in my website.

Using Articles from the original template are still correct look like this: https://azimuthdesigns.com/index.php/retired/film-tv4/14-moon-world-resorts
The height of this Article in a category is so much different?
These are both in the same category and showing up on the weblink as being in different categories.
Do I need to refresh something or delete some kind of weird cache?
upon testing, duplication of working Articles, the original style of the template is lost.
Is there a way to make new articles that will keep the original style of the template?

It due to the layout 'article-cover' you set for that page. I just changed to 'default' layout in menu item settings and it's showing normally now:
