On the footer, the mobile version is blank.

You can go to Layout settings in template >> edit the footer section and remove the column for T4 copyright:
About the column in footer as your screenshot, I need a closer look to check for you, kindly share the URL + super admin account.

It's stored in JSON file in one of these 2 directories:
ROOT/templates/ja_landscape/etc/layout/ ROOT/templates/ja_landscape/local/etc/layout/
