I found the issue, it due to the wrong HTML markup in articles of these pages.
Let's take 'RU jedrenje' page as sample. When the sidebar breaks to below the main content block, it often due to the wrong markup of page. What I usually do is that I tried to unpublish articles displaying on that page one by one to find out which articles having issue.

When I found articles, I will check HTML markup in content and see that the readmore is placed in wrong position, you should not put inside a div tag like this:
You should put the intro text (first paragraph) first + then readmore button + and finally fulltext.
As you can see 'RU jedrenje' page is showing fine now, you can apply the same for other pages. And pls note this when creating articles.
