Cron problem

I have setup cron on my host server. But when I run cron on global config page in JA Social Feed I get Load error. I am trying to use RSS.

Please answer this -- JA Social Feed configuration page has generate url button. When I press it and get new cron url -- what am I supposed to do with that? Am I supposed to create a cron job on my server with that information?
