GK Bluap & GK Image show gk4

I noticed that with the release of the new Bluap template for Joomla 4, the slideshow (using GK Image show gk4) began to work a little ugly.
When the page is loaded for the first time, there is a sharp jerk, the slideshow layout increases in height by a jump, the picture jumps out from below, and does not smoothly slide out.
This also applies to text in a slide that jumps out of the way of the template and may appear before the slideshow layout expands.

These remarks are visible when refreshing the page via CTRL + F5, for example, on a demo (* of course, on a demo site it is worse than in real life due to other delays):

It is worth noting that on earlier versions (joomla 3) there was a smooth appearance of text and images. But there, too, it was not ideal due to the delay and loading speed, for example, Google Page Speed.
In the earlier text and picture didn't jump from the side and bottom, the transition to the next slide was smooth, being within the layout, within the slideshow area.

I'm a little confused. (Both the last and current version do not fully suit me, I would like to refine it a bit.)
I want it to be fast, with minimal layout shift (CLS), but also to be more beautiful.
I would like the slideshow layout to not jump when the site first loads, and that the appearance of the picture and text be smoother.

For example, if in the current version you try a smoother appearance of the picture and text on the slide, perhaps this would be enough. However, it is important to be able to control this function (not necessarily than the control panel, it can be a change in values in the code).

The slide animation is implemented for this GK Bluap template specific, if you want to remove it, you can customize this style of module in the folder:

To also meet the condition, if the browser does not support avif and webp, then png or jpg will be used.

But I'm counting on you, because this is a work to improve the slideshow extension. The new WEBP and AVIF formats are already actively used by website developers, in order to remain competitive it is necessary to speed up the site as much as possible.
The slideshow extension does not currently provide maximum speed, but vice versa. Because slideshow is the first thing that is loaded on the site in the visible area, it is very important to use modern image formats WEBP and AVIF.

It seems to me that it will not be difficult for developers to improve the extension or tell how to improve it.
Please complete this work as soon as possible.

I understand that this will depend on the decision of the team.
However, to keep it from getting stuck in the air, I want to know when you'll let the team know, when the team decides when to expect changes.

In fact, you can not add an interface, but write it in a script so that the file that the browser defines is used, and all files are stored in the same folder with the same name. For example, the folder will contain "name.jpg", "name.webp", "name.avif". Suitable will be selected based on availability.

We appreciate your input but it will not be ready pretty soon as we have limited human resource.
