Scroll to top problem

Hello, I have problem when I select scroll to top, the scroll bar doesn't go at top but slightly below and crops the images of the first row of products.
If I deselect it then it gets even worse: the user must scroll to top manually.
How can the scroll to top feature really scroll to outmost top?

I checked the page with Mega filter content and it work normal
back to top button push back on top of site there is no scroll left
for example on menu item : μονωτικά

When you visit the page of megafilter or click on any category on the sidebar, THEN although I have selected "scroll to top" in the settings, THE scroll to top doesn't work fully to the uppermost top.
How can this be tackled?

So, as you may notice in above link there is no real scroll to top when a category in the sidebar is selected.
It doesn't even scroll to the uppermost top when you just visit the aforementioned link.

Can you edit fields in the first post and submit a temp super user login for staff
As your site using 3rd party template i need to test test the issue with default Joomla template to see issue from extension side.

The template is Joomshaper Shopin.
I don't understand why it interferes with your component.

I shared the request with development team on this to check and update. We will update you here. The extensions are built up with default Joomla template as standard and template support the extensions.

You can edit file /templates/shaper_shopin/html/plg_jamegafilter_j2store/default.php

Go to line 139, change its content to

if (!isMobile.phone) jQuery("html, body").stop().animate({ scrollTop: jQuery('div.ja-megafilter-wrap').offset().top - 90 }, 400);
