Joomla 5.2.2 Compatibility for JA Templates, Bug Fixes, and More

Hello, at about 9:30 PM Sunday night I updated the website with a video from YouTube. Refreshed the page and it went to a blank white page. I called my hosting company HostGator for Technical Support. They said to contact the template company, because they didn't have much information on how to work with Joomla. Now, this happened about two months ago and I had to reinstall the whole website they said it got corrupted somehow. Also I noticed when I reinstalled the updated JA focus template It uploads with the little spinning wheels and stuff. Which was interfering also with some third party modules. Is the spinning wheel now part of the update on JA focus. and other templates?
Thank you.

      Hi
Kindly check the submitted user login is not super user permission.
It required a super user login for debug the issue and see the error.
The issue does not seem from the template side as i set Protostar to default Joomla template and it remain same.

        Hi
The site blank with default Joomla template there would be 3rd party extension making this issue.
Do you remember the video extension you used for uploads
It need to disable all 3rd party extensions first > check frontend if work.
Then publish extension one by one and check frontend.
The site has many extension installed.

Hello and thank you for your help. I used a YouTube video in the joomlart video module.
Also I did as you ask and disabled all my third party extensions, even a couple of Joomlart extensions and the page still comes up blank. Like I said in my first post. This site started coming up with a spinning wheel loading type of thing. That seemed to be slowing it down loading in and I did not install it.
          Thank you,

            Hi
I checked your site and all extensions are enabled

Also ask the hosting provider to increase max_execution_time value to 300 at the moment it is zero.
+ downgrade the PHP version if it works.

I want to thank you for all your help. I had the host company do what you asked me to do. As well as shut off all the third party extensions, but it still did not come back up. The host company has a backup from the 11th of February and I asked them to reinstalled it. Hopefully the site will come back up. Also there was some things that I was going to reach out to Joomla art support about. If you don't mind if it comes back up, I will ask you.
              Thank you,

                  Hi
As the site not working with default Joomla templates as well it is not clear the cause.
Increase the PHP version limits only suggestion if is due to resource limits.
Here is post can help you to check this problem https://www.joomlashack.com/blog/joomla/white-screen-of-death/

You can ask the hosting provider to give you error details as if page failed there would be entry in error log server .
