The system asks to buy the Shape5 template, even with an subscription

I signed up for an Ultimate Developer subscription. However, I cannot download any template that is not from Joomlart (GavickPro, Shape5, JoomlaBamboo), which whenever I access the template page, even though I am logged in, the download option is not shown, only to buy.

May I know which template are you trying to download? With your 'Ultimate' subscription, you can have access to ALL of our products.

You can try to log out >> clear browser's cache + cookies >> and login again.

I logout and clear the brownser´s cache and cookies, but the problem persists. Look at the image that I´m looged in and only appears the button BUY. It´s the same in all the sites, except Joomart.
