Template and joomla update error

Hi!

I use Blockk template to my 2 sites on the same host. (elet-stilus.com, virtualmagazin.com)
Today I updated elet-stilus.com to the new version of Blockk template and Jommla 4.1.0.
There was not any problem.
But when I tried to update my other Blockk site virtualmagazin com I got the following messages.
What is the problem?

Does this error appear when updating new version for JA Blockk or updating Joomla core?

With JA Blockk, you can try to update via JA Extension Manager component.

Hi saguaros, my first picture shows the error message during template update, the second one shows the error message during joomla core update
I tried the extension manager but i got the same error:

gallowsbird when updating via JA Extension Manager, you should use JoomlArt Update services, could you share your JoomlArt's account so I can login and give it a try?

saguaros I use Joonlart Update which is online, but I git different errorr messages (500 internal server error or Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Cannot upgrade if you are using this version) I updated site infos above, you can find my joomlart username and pass there. You can also use sita admin user pass above to check the precess.

As I can see that JA Block is updated to 2.0.1 latest version already. Is that ok now?

Unfortunately 2.0.1 is still an available update only. A attach printscreens of admin.
First: Dashboard: template and joomla core update are available
Second: Blockk 2.0.1 is still available update
Third: Joomlart Services online

gallowsbird Joomla may cache the old info, I just refreshed cache on your site and it shows correct version 2.0.1 of JA Blockk template now. Kindly check.

saguaros Hi! Template is ok now, thank you very much.
But how can I updtae joomla core? It still send the following error messages: Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Infinite loop detected. and File Checksum failed.

saguaros Hi. Thank you for your answer. But I use this template for another site of me (link in the site url above) These two sites on the same server with the same options but elet-stilus.com updates joomla core correctly virtualmagazin.com doesn't. I trust only in Joomlart support, you and pankaj I don't want to ask help for a stragner from a Joomla forum. Could you please log into the sites and check them if they have any differences? They use the same user/pass above.

Hi saguaros I think I found the reason of this problem.
I set up this template on a subdomain new.virtualmagazin.com then I move it to virtualmagazin.com. I found in System Information/Folder permissions that both path of temp and log directory is still the subdomain's directories.
I enclose an image about it, you can see the 'new' in the path which is not OK.
My question is how (in which file) can I rewrite these wrong paths to the correct ones.

UPDATE: I modified the paths in the configuration php. The paths OK now, but they are unwritable. How can I change them to writable?

You can edit in Global Configuration in backend or 'configuration.php' file in root folder of your site.

saguaros What do I have to modify in configuration.php or in Global settings to make log and temp directories from unwritable to writable? The paths are ok now.

gallowsbird You will need to access file manager section in your server side and change the permissions for this file. If you don't have right to change, you can contact your hosting provider for help.
