I downloaded the template teline V and I tried installing the whole .zip file. the first issue I had is that I changed my PC last year and so I lost all the access to my xampp, now I can login to the cpanel and the live site but I don't know how to recover Joomla on my new PC using xampp so I was going to reinstall teline V and delete the current files and database on the cpanel. I don't know if I am on the right track, I need your advice on what to do.
