problem with the articles

Hi team!
I have a problem with the articles.
I have deleted an article (I already deleted it from the and it is still showing in the most current articles module in the frontend (sending image).
I have deleted the indexing in Smart Search, but it has not worked.
I have also cleared the cache and global unlock, but it seems that was not enough.
Can you help me?

The issue is in your Joomla as it showing same with default Joomla template

On backend the category do show 4 articles but this one is hidden and need to be deleted from the database __contents table for manual deletion.

I don't understand why this happens.
I did not install Joomla 4.x and then upload the template.
I have installed Ja Morgan's quickstar based on joomla 4.x and I don't understand what is happening.
I see that it not only appears on the home page, but I am also seeing it in the news section (I attach an image).

The site not have any sample data as fresh installation. You do updated Joomla as it is 4.1 and the article seems in DB but not showing so you have to delete it in the _content table.

What you are saying is not true, Im installed the quickstar provided by you (ja-morgan-for-joomla-4)yo
I only updated joomla and deleted the articles and some modules (I am sending a screenshot showing the modules that joomlart uses as an example)
I need you to guide me to solve this problem.

What i am saying is the Joomla is standard for all users. In updates it may some issue on your site.
It is just need to remove this article from content table as it not showing on Joomla backend.
Could you submit your site Phpmyadmin login or cpanel login in edit fields option first post. I will remove this article for you.
