mindaugasma Hi I got the issue it from customization on your site that make header sticky so the topbar always hidden can you revert the changes and it make auto show the topbar. There is another way to make header sticky with topbar.

mindaugasma Hi These are custom changes added by you not setting on. If you allow me i will remove the custom changes It need to find in files manually and remove as there is info where you customized them.
Ok, Ninja you could remove custom changes๐ i knew that i deed to much programming and removed some necessary things;/ but when you a knewbe, errors happens ;/
mindaugasma Hello I checked your site and issue from custom hacks in the custom theme you added LKTI if change it default it work
You need to check this file ja_alumni/css/themes/lkti/template.css Find code header and replace it with original css as there are too many custom changes.
