Joomla 4.1.0 Update and t4_bs5_blank

Update to Joomla 4.1.0 / requires t4_bs5_blank 1.1.4 for compatibility.

Where is t4_bs5_blank 1.1.4 found? "Templates" page shows 1.1.3 as up-to-date, 'Joomla Update" page shows 1.1.4 requirement. What am I missing??

The downloads page lists 2 possibilities. "T4 Blank Template Bs5" shows latest version as 1.1.3. Another listing, "T4 Blank Template," shows latest version as 1.1.4.

My Joomla T4 template is the one with "bs5." Are these interchangeable? Thanks again.

T4 blank BS 5 is a different version that use Bootstrap 5 and has similar structure and feature. You can also switch to this template it will be installed a new template with different name.

Good morning, Ninja. If I understand correctly, I can download and install the "T4 Blank Template", that is ver 1.1.4 that Joomla's asking for. Even though my Joomla shows I have "T4 Blank Template Bs5" ver 1.1.3 already installed.

So, only the template needs updating. Bootstrap 5 is already good for Joomla 4.1.0 as-is?

Yes BS5 is latest one. This is complete new installation of template and not related to older Blank template you are using.

I'm unsuccessfully trying to transition from the "T4 Blank Template Bs5" ver 1.1.3, to the "T4 Blank Template" ver 1.1.4. that's being updated for future Joomla 4 versions. I had already started setting up the website with the first and want to switch to the second and it look (mostly) the same.

Any suggestions as to how to best do this? Thanks.

You can check the older template layout and all other setting of template style and apply same for new template.
After that set that as default so it apply on all site pages to see how to goes.
