Demographics information not updating in Dashboard. I have around 1000 users but the dashboard only shows 600. Average age also not updating.

Can you confirm all the 1000 users registered via JomSocial and OR they saved the profile via JS frontend?

I believe the first couple was done via Joomla, I only migrated to JomSocial a bit later.

If the user not registered by Jomsocial or added manually, this means the profile is not saved in DB so they must save the profile data to get the information in the profile view.
