Udpate error for an existing extension

Hello,
I installed the JA-Brickstore template and I need to update two extensions:

JA System Google Map plugin
JA Brickstore Template

I used bot the Joomla extension update method and your JA Extension Manager
With the Joomla extension update I get this error:
Failed to extract file: download.php_element_ja_brickstore_version_2.0.0_type_template_coreVersion_j31
Failed to extract file: download.php_element_plg_system_jagooglemap_version_2.7.3_type_plugin_16_coreVersion_j16

and your extension manager:

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/patachin/public_html/administrator/components/com_jamegafilter/
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/patachin/public_html/components/com_jamegafilter/

Can you please assist me with this error.

Hi
Joomla updates only use to show notifications. If you wan to update template/extension via Joomla admin use JA Extension manager component.

I did use your JA extension manager and followed your step by step guide. It is not working

Can you provide the error you facing screenshot?
Mega filter updates may note work as it part of JA Extension membership.

Hello,

So here is the latest screenshots describer the issue:

In the attached you can see that the standard extension manager and the JA Extension manager show that two extensions are out of date.

When we go to the JA extension manager you can see that after checking for updates the system say no updates available.

So the problem is that I have a plugin and template that needs to be updated. I am logged into your download section in extension manager as shown. Yet it does not update but continue to report that I need to update the 2 extensions.

I am aware that I am not subscribed to the megasearch extension and it is ok but on your site the template Brickstore is listed as a template I can download. So even if the megasearch etensionis not included the template should still work? Or am I working on a template not part of my subscription?

Kindly click on the clear cache button in Joomla update to clear updates cache.
