Error on page after upgrade

After I upgraded the site, I am not getting the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JApplicationSite::isClient() in /home/glenblanp/public_html/junglebikestours/plugins/system/logout/logout.php on line 48

I tried to replace the libraries folder as recommended by now the page is not loading and I am getting

Fatal error: Class 'JAuthenticationHelper' not found in /home/glenblanp/public_html/junglebikestours/administrator/modules/mod_login/mod_login.php on line 16

for http://junglebikestours.com/administrator

Something wrong with your upgrade for Joomla. If you have backup of previous working version, try to roll it back.

Then try to upgrade Joomla in dev site or local site and post the same question into Joomla forums, there might be discussions about the same issue there.

That is the issue, my backup of the site is corrupted; what else can I try?

I clicked upgrade from the admin section then everything went wrong. There must be a way to remove all the fils that were added during the upgrade with the previous installation.

Your server should have backup, you can try to contact hosting provider for help.

I did, they are guessing that it would be 4 days and the cost is too much. Do you know what file were affected so that I can replace them?

That would be easiest. Thanks. There must be a way to manually replace the affected files.

I am getting HTTP Error 500 on home page, but the admin section is displaying distortedly. Have a look please:
