Problema Invio Mail Contatti Template JA Ego

Buongiorno,

sul sito ilbobolinofioristi.com ho problemi con il modulo di contatto nella pagina https://www.ilbobolinofioristi.com/contatti.html
Il Sito mi invia la mail ma non in con i Dati completi.
La mail che arriva ha questa forma:
"Questa è una email di contatto dal sito %s inviata da:"
ma poi non ci sono dati

Potete gentilmente dirmi dove potrebbe stare il problema?

I tried with Cassiopeia (default Joomla template) but the problem remains the same. What can I do?

If the result is same this is from your Joomla core not sending complete data. It could be related with language files as there is missing syntax or words.
You can set the default site language to English do a test with default Joomla template and check.
If it work with default Joomla template and same will work with JA Ego.

I tried with the English language and the mail arrives correctly with the fields filled in. So there is a problem in the Italian language file., Or in the overrides. I do some checking.

If it working fine with EN yes there must be error in translation, You can copy the EN file and re translate it, Do not change any syntax as this will make error.

I don't understand if the problem is in the com_contact.ini file in the folder /language/it-IT, or that there is no language for the template as in the template en-GB.tpl_ja_ego in the folder /templates/ja_ego/language/en- GB. The com_contact.ini file appears to be translated correctly.

Are you using any translation or override? As it work in EN fine and not for IT?

If I set the default language to English, the contact form correctly sends the email with the completed data. While if I set the default language to Italian, the contact form only sends me an email with written in Italian "Questa è una email di contatto dal sito %s inviata da:", without the fields filled in.

Kindly open : /language/en-GB/com_contact.ini
Now find COM_CONTACT_ENQUIRY_TEXT
You can see in its value
Now open /language/it-IT/com_contact.ini
Both are using different values, You have to use same content for IT
example : Questa è una email di contatto dal sito %s inviata da:\n{NAME} <{EMAIL}>\n\n{BODY}\n\n{CUSTOMFIELDS}

configuring the CONTACT_ENQUIRY_TEXT = "Questa è una email di contatto dal sito %s inviata da:\n{NAME} <{EMAIL}>\n\n{BODY}\n\n{CUSTOMFIELDS}" I am sent an email but without the Email field and without the Subject field.

Test :
Questa è una email di contatto dal sito %s inviata da:
Daniele (this is the Name field)

Prova Mesaggio dal Sito (This is the body message)

Not Subject
Not Email

If this still not work i suggest you to post on Joomla forum as this issue is same with default Joomla template and no issue with EN. So you can get a better suggestion over it.
