Blank page after registration

Hello,

I have a bug with my website.

In the ecommerce area (virtuemart) and after having filled in my "customer" information (name, address...) I validate the form but each time I get a blank page. User registration is done though.

I updated Joomla, templates, plugin and VM. Also tried to unpublish the captcha but without success.

If I go with another template (protostar for example) it works.

If I enable Joomla errors I get:
Warning: mysqli::stat(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /home/www/client/www/xxxxxx/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 216
But the latter is already present on all VM pages.

Have you encountered this bug before?

Hello,
Thank you for your actions.
I detailed the URLs in the header of the post.
But once an item is put in the basket, you can go to the basket and then click on this link, for example, to be able to try to register in VM and see the bug with this template.

Sorry but I still have the same issue. For example when creating the account on this page: /index.php/account-maintenance/editaddresscartBT

The user is successfully registered. But in front I have a blank page.

I tried with Edge, Chrome, Chrome (on Android phone) FF on several computers and with caches cleared. Every time I have this error.

The problem does not come from the template?

georgios It's weird issue on your site, I checked at my end but it still showed shopping cart normally.

Let me try to disable the override in template on your site and see how it goes.

Do you have cache enabled on server side? pls help to disable it for now so I can test.

Thanks but no serve cache.

Note that it works if I change templates.

And I now have the following message displayed when the cart module is activated (top right) or after
after the creation of the customer account :

Warning: mysqli::stat(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /home/www/client/www/xxxxxxxxxxxx/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 216

Is it as a result of your actions?

georgios It appears before as you mentioned in first post. You can turn off the Error Reporting in global configuration, it will hide this warning.

However I still have this concern which seems to come from the template.

Once the customer account creation has been validated (page /index.php/account-maintenance/editaddresscartBT for example) I get a blank page with the error:

I spent a lot of time on the subject but I can't find the reason.

I think the site has two problems in fact:

The following error is displayed on all pages:
Warning: mysqli::stat(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /home/www/client/www/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 216

And the problem on the customer information page (/com-virtuemart/account/editaddresscart/bt for example) always returns a blank page after registration of the moment the template is JA AToms.

If you need more time you can also offer me a quote if you wish.
