Masthead position in J4

Hi all,
I'm trying locally to convert a site made years ago with J3 to J4 with the JA Mono template.
The update did not give any errors but I have this problem.
When the page is an article, the left side (masthead) shows the photo and title of the article, while previously it showed a content of my choice through a custom module published in a masthead position.
Only in the few pages where there is no article but only modules the problem does not arise and the custom module is shown on the left.
Previously I didn't have this problem and, even though the page was an article, on the left side the module I created was shown.
Do you have any idea how can be solved this problem?

To give some more information that may be useful.
Even staying on Joomla 3 reveals the problem.
I've found out that it is the update of the template to version 2.0, even in J3, which does not allow me to show a module in the masthead position (as happened with previous versions of the template) because in its place, as I wrote above, the blended image of the article with title and category is shown.
I specify that I have never created a ja_masthead module but only other kind of modules in the masthead position and everything was working fine before the 2.0 update of the template.

Can you able to move the site online and submit the site Login and FTP in edit fields options in first post.
So i can check it on your site.
Please share the frontend URL as well on which masthead not working.

Hi Ninja, thanks for the reply.
I shared the parameters for the backend, regarding ftp there is a filter on the server, if you let me know your ip I can add it.
I also pointed out the site reference that works correctly with an older version of the template.
The problem, if you had not understood, is that I would like a module of my choice to be published in the masthead position (as in the reference I indicated) and not the one you see on the site where I uploaded the demo to you.
In the site with the exception of home (that is also the only one that look the way I want) all other pages are article.

This template masthead position by default use article data. Maybe you modified the article.php on older site.
I renamed default.php /templates/gallianindustrie/html/com_content/article/default1.php" in template
Now you would not see article masthead.

Hi as you are using custom template name it would not update the template.
You need to rename the default.php file in future.
