This is not an issue with the hamburger appearing or not appearring.,
The issue is when you click the hamburger on Mobile or Tablet the menu does not appear.
I will make a video of the Issue and post it in a bit.
Hi Kindly check now. Joomla menu module was set to collapse by default . I changed it for you.
