Contact Form not displaying

Hello, the contact form is not displaying using the ja-blockk template. We first tried the ja-stark template and all worked well including the contact form. We liked the ease of the template and its design that we purchased a subscription and installed the js-blockk template and all but the contact form is working. Our assumption is that there is a configuration miss match. Please advice as to how to get the contact form to display. Thanks in advance. Rufus

In Contact item please make sure you have linked it with user and contact and email in contact.
If this does not work i need your site login to check it,
Kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.

For some reason, to get the contact form to display in ja-blockk template, I must enable show contact information in the menu link setting. However I get this place holder at the top of the page. See attachment. This is not wanted. The issue looks like a CSS or configuration. Please advise. Thanks Rufus

Access to the site is not an option. Please give suggestions on where to look in the template configuration that handles this process. Thanks Rufus

You can go to template folder > html/com_contact and rename it.
this way it avoid the override, still access is required to see what causing the issue on your site.
