Unable to amend settings in JA Intranet template backend

Hi Support,

Referring attached image, I recently updated T3 framework plugin to latest 3.0.7 and Intranet 2.0.0 but the template backend settings was having issue:
1. White strip/space on top
2. Cannot save, save as etc. Cannot "close" also

Please advise accordingly.
