Hi i have had some customers complaining that they cannot select a shipping method.
This is because they do not see that they first have to fill in step 1 account details and directly go to shipping methods that say: ( Selecteer alstublieft een verzendmethode
Onze excuses, geen verzendmethode komt overeen met de kenmerken van uw bestelling. Neem alstublieft contact met ons op.)
So asking for a shipping method and give a fail message and ask to get in to contact.
Is it possible when opening the shopping cart the shipping details is allready open to make it easier for the client to fill in these details first?
