In December/January I either redid or imported JA pages backup and modified several important pages on my website - including the home page. NOW I am again getting the same error - that the page is empty. This is getting to be extremely frustrating - even the last time I ended up restoring most of my pages on my own.
Can you please let me know whats to be done - extremely frustrating, and I wish I had changes away from JA builder pages instead of this continuing frustration, waste of my time - which is a lot of money wasted in essence.
JA Builder pages are problematic again
Hi prasadarya2
There was unexpected issue with our server update and caused the issue. We are working on the update for JA Builder so that the data will be stored on your site's database instead of our server to avoid this kind of issue in the future.
For now, we can help you to rebuild the important pages, could you check the super admin account again? as the provided info doesn't work now.

kikeestrada You can create a new topic or submit a new ticket and share me the URL + super admin account of your site so we can help to check.

It is : [Removed by Mods]
Please do help sort it out asap.
I do hope that this problem won't recur again.
Thank you.
I tried that account but it doesn't work:
Kindly check again.
P/s: pls don't put login info in your reply as it's in public. you should edit Fields in your first post and share info there so only Moderators can see.
Hi...have edited the admin field in this message - no caps anywhere (I think the word was being automatically capitalized and I didn't realize. Sorry about that.
Best Regards,

prasadarya2 I can login now and already added your request into the list. Our team will work on it and keep you posted.
Would be nice if there is some indication of when it will be done...a timeline will be good. I would have thought that by now you would have created a script to capture the page content and reproduced it...of course I could be wrong as I am not a programmer or developer.
Please let me know as based on your reply I will need to make some decisions...
prasadarya2 Yes, our team already found the solution to resolve this kind of issue and will apply into your site. I will keep you posted.
