Hi,
what is the best approach to integrate my own icon font library from IcoMoon?

I tried several solutions but none seem to work:

  • by integrating fonts generated by IcoMoon directly into templates/t4bs5blank/fonts folder and by putting css code in templates/t4bs5blank/local/css/custom.css file. No results.

  • by integrating fonts generated by IcoMoon in template style and more precisely in Fonts Manager -> Custom Fonts. No results.

The only place that seems to work is the one reserved by the framework:
plugins/system/t4/themes/base/vendors/icomoon

I tried replacing your files with mine without changing the filenames and it works...
So what is the best solution? Maybe by adding an Addon in template style? … but how to proceed? I couldn't find any documentation on this.

Many thanks,
Lorenzo

Hi Saguaros,
I don't think you read my question well, I want to integrate my own icons generated by IcoMoon which is already installed by default.
Can you try to add other additional icons from IcoMoon and explain me how to take them into account? ...so I have to replace the existing one? but then during the next framework update I will lose my library since it will be replaced by the default one ...

Thanks
Lorenzo

Could you share your site info + your own icons pack so I can check directly for you? When you add new asset, it will not be affected when updating new version of T4.

ok I see where my confusion comes from, so apparently it is possible to add a second IcoMoon library with Addon option, I thought I had to modify the existing library (the default one)

Question: the zip folder downloaded from IcoMoon contains just font files and a css file, the other files are related to the demo HTML file.

In this case how to add the new IcoMoon library via the addon since it only provides url fields for css and js files?

Thanks again
